We are running a traveling circus this fall in order to prep for our new building. We are taking our carnival games
and the rig to LOTS of fall festivals to bring money in for the new studio. Want to help? Sign up for the festivals
that work with your schedule below.

Joining us for any fall festivals is FREE for you to perform, we just ask for your time.

~Please understand if you choose any or all of the festivals below, you are committing to showing up 1.5 hours before the event start AND staying after the event ends to pack the trailer.
~Please understand if you choose any or all of the festivals below, you are committing to work a game tent for the duration of the event. **If you want to only work a game tent and not perform, please specify in the comment below.

~We are not going to commit to an event if we do not have enough people to help fully, so please make sure you KNOW you can commit before choosing dates.

I understand when I choosing events below I am arriving 1.5 hours BEFORE the event starts to set up. *

I will arrive 1.5 hours before the event starts.

I understand in choosing events below that I am signing up for the ENTIRE duration of the event to perform and work a game booth within the time frames listed *

I will stay for the duration of the event.

I understand in choosing events below I am staying after the event is over until the trailer has been fully packed and all Aerial Arts supplies have been packed. This takes roughly an hour, sometimes a touch longer. *

I will stay for all of breakdown until all supplies are packed in the trailer.

I understand that I may use any open studio times during the week and on the weekends to practice my routines. *

Open studio is for me!

I understand if I am a gaurdian or parent of a child that is performing, everything above still applies to me and I will be arriving 1.5 hours before the event with my child to get started on set up. *

I understand I am following the same rules above as a parent / guardian. N/A
